A. Daniel Woska

Dan Woska has represented plaintiffs and defendants for 30 years in various federal and state courts (including numerous oral arguments before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals), private arbitrations and hundreds of mediations. Dan is a long time member of the Christian Legal Society, OTLA, PIABA, OCBA, as well as a committee chair on numerous committees for the OBA, ABA and AAJ, where he currently serves as Co-Chair of the Financial Securities and Litigation Group of the Business Torts Section. Dan has written and presented papers on a variety of legal topics for dozens of legal organizations and affiliated CLE providers.

Dan M. Peters

Dan Peters has been involved in the practice of law in Oklahoma City for over 25 years. During this time, Dan has been engaged in consumer, commercial and business litigation, labor and employment law, civil rights litigation and administrative law. Dan is admitted to practice before all Oklahoma federal courts, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. Dan has also served as an Assistant Oklahoma Attorney General and as General Counsel for the Oklahoma Department of Labor.

Michael J. Blaschke

Mike Blaschke has practiced law in the energy field for 30 years, including service as General Counsel of a publicly traded oil and gas company. During this time, Mike has tried numerous cases in State and Federal courts and has been engaged in all aspects oil and gas litigation, toxic tort litigation, administrative law, commercial and business litigation, securities and real estate. Rachel Lawrence Mor

Rachel Mor has over twenty years of litigation experience in State and Federal Courts. During this time she has tried numerous employment law and civil rights cases and has argued before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Rachel is admitted to practice before all Oklahoma federal courts, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. Rachel has also served as an Administrative Law Judge for several State agencies and commissions.

Mark D. Melton

Mark Melton’s practice focuses on medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. Mark’s background as a former insurance adjuster gives him special insight when dealing with insurance carriers and their representatives. Mark is a member of the Oklahoma and American bar associations as well as the OTLA.

Tara T. Tabatabaie

Tara Tabatabaie received her J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law in May, 2007, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Tara holds a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Oklahoma and was a Senior Research Scientist and Assistant Member in the Free Radical Biology and Aging Research Program at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation in Oklahoma City. Tara is assisting the Firm in their practice involving environmental toxic tort litigation and products liability, including defective dangerous drugs.

Todd Kelly has represented injured people in several federal and state jurisdictions, including Texas, Virginia and Pennsylvania. He has also served as a judge advocate in the United States Marine Corps. Todd currently practices in the areas of serious personal injury, toxic torts, and medical malpractice, with a significant emphasis on birth-related injuries. Todd is admitted to practice in the Fourth and Fifth Federal Circuit, and to the United States Supreme Court. Todd is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers’ Association and the American Association for Justice. He has been named as a Top Lawyer for the People in 2005 and 2007 by H-Texas Magazine.

Grover G. Hankins, principal attorney for The Hankins Law Firm, P.L.L.C., in Houston, Texas, has practiced law for more than 30 years. A leader in the field of environmental justice, he is committed to protecting the rights of all Americans. Formerly National General Counsel for The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and trial attorney with the U.S. Justice Department, he has also served as Principal Deputy General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. A graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law, Champaign, Illinois, and Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, he was honored as Distinguished Visiting Professor at Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Texas Southern University, Houston, Texas, where he also was Director of the Environmental Justice Clinic.
