Todd Kelly has represented injured people in several federal and state jurisdictions, including Texas, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. he has also served as a judge advocate in the United State Marine Corps. Todd currently practices in the areas of serious personal injury, toxic torts, and medical malpractice, with a significant emphasis on birth-related injuries. Todd is admitted to practice in the Fourth and Fifth Federal Circuit, and to the United State Supreme Court. Todd is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers' Association and the American Association for Justice. he has been named as a Top Lawyer for the People in 2005 and 2007 by H-Texas Magazine.
